The main terrace with swimming pool is 200 square meters large. The second terrace is 13 square meters large and offers a spectacular view on the Old Town. Here you will find an interesting floor made of sea stones which remained since the villa was built. The upper terrace has 55 square meters and has a summer kitchen (including a gas barbecue, ice machine and refrigerator)
with a beautiful gloriette and outdoor dining area which is the perfect spot to spend your time in the nice summer nights. The 300 m2 villa is fully furnished and includes AC throughout the entire house and bedrooms, floor heating, spacious living room with OLED SAT TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and all other comforts to make this your home away from home!
