Villa Beba is a three-floor waterfront historic home, situated just outside the Walls of Old Town Dubrovnik, in the heart of the most elite residential area. With the unbeatably superb location, this recently restaurated protected heritage property is featuring an unobstructed sea view overlooking the island Lokrum, Banje beach and, of course, the beautiful Old Town Dubrovnik.
The Villa consists of the ground floor and 2 upper floors. A stone archway leads into a furnished, sea-view loggia (open living room with direct sea view - 16 square meters) flowing into the main living room with comfortable dining area and the sea view (approx. 45 square meters), a small toilette and the fully equipped kitchen with the main terrace (approx. 13 square meters).

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. They all offer an en suite bathroom, a beautiful view on the the Old Town, Lokrum island and the majestic Adriatic sea. Two bedrooms are approx. 22,5 square meters large. The third bedroom has 28 square meters, a walk in closet and a sunset terrace of 12 square meters.
