Villa Beba was truly outstanding. Location is perfect right outside the Old City and across the road from Banje Beach. The home is well appointed with gorgeous finishes and such attention to detail. Very well done! Our group of 8 loved lounging in all the various spaces throughout the house and making dinner a couple nights in both the kitchen as well as the outdoor cooking area. Ivan was the perfect host, assisting with airport transfer, restaurant recommendations, and generally being attentive and available. Highly recommended to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik. This is the place to stay.

The property was of the highest quality with no expense spared. Great décor and facilities , fantastic pool, with various outdoor seating areas and of course the amazing views. The owners of the Property Ivan and Lucy were also very welcoming hosts . The location was also in a prime position, within a few hundred metres from the gated walls.

We had the pleasure of staying in this luxury Villa Beba wich is located just a few steps from the heart of Dubrovnik. Staying in this house will make you feel like being in paradise. The pool is wonderful and the view is amazing, wonderful sunsets every night! Magnificent outdoor area ideal for dinner, drinks and just soaking up this incredible view. No expense spared on the luxury renovation inside and out. The beach is clean and beautiful just few steps down from the villa! I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a spectacular vacation.

In all of my travels, Villa Beba Dubrovnik was by far the best place I have ever stayed. The location is absolutely perfect - only a short walk to Old Town Dubrovnik as well as the beach - and the villa itself is absolutely stunning. There are panoramic ocean views and views of Old Town, an amazing pool, a beautiful outdoor dining space and kitchen, and the interior decor is impeccable. Ivan and Lucy were wonderful hosts - friendly, gracious, and communicative. Ivan arranged for a private chef to come to the property and gave us everything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever return to Dubrovnik, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The villa is perfectly located looking out onto Lokrum island, all the rooms have sea views so you wake up every morning to a beautiful vista, the beach is just below the villa with a beach club, and access to watersports. The city is literally a 2 minute walk away with all that has to offer. The villa itself is beautifully presented, comfortable and relaxing, Ivan and Lucy really went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and made the most of our stay in Croatia. We spent 3 wonderful weeks in Villa Beba and we would definitely go back.

This would be the most stunning home I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Villa Beba must have one of the best views not only in Dubrovnik, but the world. So much thought and care has gone into every part of this amazing home. Thank you Ivan and your wife for renovating to such a spectacular standard! I so so hope I can return one day.

Villa Beba was the perfect spot for our large group vacationing in Dubrovnik for a wedding. Rooms were spacious and each featured its own ensuite bathroom, and the house itself was newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining room & patio/pool. The location was very central - only a few minutes walk away from the Old City as well as the wedding itself at Hotel Excelsior. Ivan was also extremely accommodating of our 9-month-old son who traveled with us - he provided a crib & highchair for the house. Not to mention a wonderful babysitter! Stunning home in central location to Old City, hotels, restaurants, etc. Ivan takes pride in his home and it shows through the time he takes to maintain the property and efforts he makes to create the best possible stay for his guests. Ivan recommended a local chef who came to the villa and prepared some of our best meals while in Croatia!

It was the best place I've ever been, and I travel a lot with the possibility to stay in a 5-star hotel. But this villa, and Ivan, and the story behind the villa, and a fantastic view and the style...I know that my comment much more like Ulysses book, with no commas and sense, but when I think about a great time with a friend we spend there, I can't be logical, because it was total Paradise. And we'll be back there soon again to enjoy it to its fullest and to spend another weekend in Croatian Heaven organized by our fabulous hosts.

Villa Beba is a perfect place to stay at when in Dubrovnik. It is a beautifully restored old family house, full of history, and it has wonderful terraces, lemon trees and a swimming pool. The view from the house over the sea and the Island Lokrum is breathtaking. The location is excellent- just a few steps from the old city walls and just above a beautiful beach. Ivo and his wife Lucy are very warm and accommodating and can assist with everything from booking transfers to finding an excellent chef for a five star dinner at the house. It was a true bliss to stay at Villa Beba.

It was an absolute pleasure to be able to stay at Villa Beba and we feel so lucky to have found this Villa for our girls trip to Dubrovnik. The Villa has been newly renovated to the highest standard and can only be described as ‘faultless.’ The location of the Villa next to Banje Beach Club is second to known, with Dubrovnik Old Town within easy walking distance. The pool, terraces and outdoor dining area meant that we didn’t even need to leave the Villa at all and we even cancelled our day plans to spend more time at the Villa! We would highly recommend you book this Villa for your stay. We cannot imagine anywhere else in Dubrovnik would be as nice and as welcoming as Boutique Villa Beba. We now follow them on Instragram and cannot wait to stay again in this amazing Villa.

Villa Beba is as good as it gets! The house was furnished beautifully and well maintained. Bedrooms were private and comfortable for our group of seven and each had an en suite bathroom and shower. Great location which is close enough to Old Town to walk, and across from beach club. Wonderful coffee maker and the hosts were extremely helpful in arranging dinners.
