The history of this Villa’s unique location goes back to the days of antiquity and some remnants from that time can still be seen on parts of the property.

Stunning villa in a beautiful location.

Stunning villa in a beautiful location. Plenty of places to sit and relax. The pool with the swimming current and jets was fantastic. The outside dining area and kitchen were a bonus. All of the bedrooms were beautiful in different ways, likewise the bathrooms. Best villa we have ever stayed in!

This truly is an amazing villa with a rich history and a breathtaking location. Ivan is also not your typical host. We tend to be last-minute planners and Ivan was able to arrange for a private chef and transportation on very short notice. I would highly recommend going with a private chef for at least some of your meals because you won’t want to leave the villa. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one is over the top and worth every penny.

The location is walkable to see all the sites. The host Ivan was so accommodating and his recommendations for the chef and massage were amazing! It was the best place I’ve ever been, and I travel a lot with the possibility to stay in a 5-star hotel. But this villa, and Ivan, and the story behind the villa, and the fantastic view and the style… I know that my comment is much more like Ulysses’ book, with no commas and sense, but when I think about the great time with a friend we spent there, I can’t be logical, because it was total paradise. And we’ll be back there soon again to enjoy it to its fullest and to spend another weekend in Croatian heaven organized by our fabulous hosts.

First, the house had just gone through an extensive renovation and I could tell that some very good craftsmen had done the work. The house was exquisite where you could see every detail, from the coffee machine, appliances, pool, outdoor kitchen, and furniture — all were so well chosen. This house could not have been in a better location. The hosts, Ivan and Lucy, could not have made us feel any more like their home was ours. My group of 10 cooked, swam, drank, and did exactly what you need to be doing on vacation — but doing it together. Thank you, Ivan.

Villa Beba is a perfect place to stay when in Dubrovnik. It is a beautifully restored old family house, full of history, and it has wonderful terraces, lemon trees and a swimming pool. The view from the house over the sea and the island Lokrum is breathtaking. The location is excellent — just a few steps from the old city walls and just above a beautiful beach. Ivo and his wife Lucy are very warm and accommodating and can assist with everything from booking transfers to finding an excellent chef for a five-star dinner at the house. It was true bliss to stay at Villa Beba.

The villa overlooks the Old Town of Dubrovnik, a 5-minute walk to the gates. The view of the sea is spectacular and exactly as it looks in the images provided by Ivan. The villa is truly stunning, with 5 very well-decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, and a fabulous reception room with a big TV. The outside has an external kitchen, two terraces and a great pool which was cleaned every day. We loved our time at Villa Beba and would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone. Lucy and Ivan, who are the hosts, were extremely helpful in every way, booking restaurants and vehicles for us if needed. If you’re looking for a villa in Dubrovnik, look nowhere else.

Villa Beba was the perfect spot for our large group vacationing in Dubrovnik for a wedding. Rooms were spacious and each featured its own ensuite bathroom, and the house itself was newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining room, and patio/pool. The location was very central — only a few minutes’ walk away from the Old City as well as the wedding itself at Hotel Excelsior. Ivan was also extremely accommodating of our 9-month-old son who traveled with us — he provided a crib and highchair for the house, not to mention a wonderful babysitter! Stunning home in a central location to the Old City, hotels, restaurants, etc. Ivan takes pride in his home and it shows through the time he takes to maintain the property and the efforts he makes to create the best possible stay for his guests. Ivan recommended a local chef who came to the villa and prepared some of our best meals while in Croatia! The house was always clean in the morning and the amenities provided are second-to-none. The bathrooms are unlike most seen in Europe — spacious with detailed craftsmanship. We could not have been happier with the rental and would love to go back one day. Our stay at Villa Beba could not have been any more perfect! Thank you, Ivan, for sharing your home with us!

It was an absolute pleasure to be able to stay at Boutique Villa Beba and we feel so lucky to have found this villa for our girls’ trip to Dubrovnik. The villa has been newly renovated to the highest standard and can only be described as faultless. The location of the villa next to Banje Beach Club is second to none, with Dubrovnik Old Town within easy walking distance. The pool terraces and outdoor dining area meant that we didn’t even need to leave the villa at all and we even cancelled our day plans to spend more time at the villa! We would highly recommend you book this villa for your stay. We cannot imagine anywhere else in Dubrovnik would be as nice and as welcoming as Boutique Villa Beba. We now follow them on Instagram and cannot wait to stay again in this amazing villa!
